- VIVerginia IpalawattageDec 13, 20251.0Terrible customer service, my grandma and bestfriend and I were followed around the store by the lady with a hijab who literally was at every corner watching us and looking us up and down she then came and asked my grandma if she needs any sizes and when my grandma said yes she just walked away after claiming she would get some to THEN send 5 different associates to shadow us. I work in retail management, I know anti theft tactics and even if I didn’t it’s pretty obvious when someone is actively following you around and when we made a comment about it to the young man she sent over to us he just kept saying oh it’s cause you’re standing here looking confused which wasn’t true in the slightest, We were walking around with my elderly grandma who obviously walks and moves slower than a young person. I will never shop here again Tommy Hillfigers company values and quality are NOT what they used to be. This is what happens when you left people who don’t understand basic human decency run stores.
