Kindly avoid this store better to go elsewhere

When I finally received the boots they didn’t fit well so I went 3-4 days later to return the boots. The staff at the counter( associate 18969- I couldn’t get a Name insisted that I had worn the boots outside and was then returning them. No amount of explanation worked with him. Fortunately his supervisor had a more stable mind and was able to sort it out for me. It is 25 plus degrees outside. Who in their right mind would wear a pair of winter boots outside.
