- AWAkashmeet WaraichFeb 14, 20261.0I visited today on valentine (a special day) this sunglass shop and purchased two pairs of glasses, spending over $400. Since this was a significant purchase, we took some time to carefully choose the right frames, which I believe is normal when spending that amount. Unfortunately, the customer service experience with Safiya was disappointing. When we asked the cashier for suggestions because we were confused between options, she appeared impatient and did not properly assist us. She was moving around and only pointing at glasses instead of helping us decide. The most upsetting moment was when we asked if the same design was available in another colour. She raised her voice in front of other customers and said, “You guys really wanted to buy something or not?” This was very embarrassing and unprofessional. Specially infront of other? If she really dont know to handle or really dont want to help she should quit this. Because a customer is buys something to better there mood not to spoil instead. I understand stores can be busy with 1-2 customers but respectful communication with customers is very important. I hope management looks into this and improves customer service because like this guy will lose your actual customers.

I first went in back in August about my Dior glasses and she was so kind and gentle, telling me she’d be happy to take a look for me. We kept missing each other after that, but I finally caught her the other day and she fixed them perfectly. My Dior glasses honestly look brand new again. She was so patient, caring, and took the time to make sure everything was done properly. Amazing customer service — thank you so much, Samantha!
