After about 10 calls to customer service and 13 business days later, one of their representatives said they would " release" the refund. The money was in my account the next day. No other representative did this. It almost seems like they were trying to make me give up and just let it be. Very sketchy operation.

I was told I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED. Next day, money was taken out of my account. I have waited weeks for my money to be returned to me and get hung up on mid sentence when trying to speak with customer service. They are scam artists and I will never be shopping there again. They don’t even deserve one star.
