I ordered a pair of Clarks Booties in November and started wearing them near the end of November. Two weeks later the zipper got stuck and when it came unstuck the zipper teeth broke off the zipper. I emailed to see if I could get a replacement pair and was given 3 options to return them get new ones. I chose to have a waybill sent to me and send them back in the mail. I was told that it would take 1-3 days to receive the waybill. 5 days went by and I hadn't received it so I emailed again to inquire about it. I was then told that I could no longer have a waybill and that I needed to physically return the unworn shoes to the store. Why give me options in the first place only to take back the offer.
I won't shop there again. Poor customer service!

I went into DSW was my first time going there. I was looking for a size for some amazing shoes I saw. So I looked around and I saw a someone on the floor her name is Nasurat I asked her for help to find a size she seemed kind of apprehensive at first but then she said then ok one second. She never came back instead she walked by me 3 times looking at me for 15 minutes and that is very rude and unprofessional. Not only did you ignore me but you didn’t acknowledge me. However, Quennie was very nice and very helpful. Nasurat needs to learn customer service oh and afterwards she’s like sorry I was looking for someone but not true I already found someone 15 minutes earlier. I was going to find a manager but instead Quennie made me feel much better. I usually don’t write on things like this but I was very disappointed she needs to not be rude and be helpful. Would have been a 5 but she let me down.

No idea why they have any bad reviews everyone is so helpful in there and legit had the best shoe experience. Two people asked me to help me in there and the vibe is super happy. Great overall experience
