FYI- The egoistic manager refuses to give her name and had no name tag. She needs to learn some customer service skills before even being hired as a sales girl. Doesnt deserve to be a manger at all, Shame on her!

There were no sample items available in-store, so opening the package was the only way to check the fit. For a $65 tank top, denying an exchange within four days, especially for a loyalty member, is extremely disappointing & unacceptable. This is not the Calvin Klein that I used to know!
