She contacted customer service last week to get a status update since it’s past their advertised shipping period. Customer service stated the order had arrived in store on January 14th and should have been ready for pick up on the 19th, well within the 3-7 business days. She contacted this location for a status update over a week ago, however the store stated they had not logged her order, therefore it couldn’t be picked up. It’s been a little over 3 weeks since the order was made and only today was she able to pick it up. Store staff refused to elaborate on the delay and that was the end of that. I would understand if the postal strike had caused the delay, however there hasn’t been one since late last year.
