  The staff here is totally mannerless , Specially the store manager who is extremely rude and disrespectful, Her ego is so high that she doesn’t even have sense to talk to customers, She should be fired otherwise the store will be left with no customers. FYI- The egoistic manager refuses to give her name and had no name tag. She needs to learn some customer service skills before even being hired as a sales girl. Doesnt deserve to be a manger at all, Shame on her!

  Attempted to exchange a 3‑pack of men’s tank tops from size Large to Medium because they didn’t fit. The cashier refused the exchange, claiming the box had been opened. There were no sample items available in-store, so opening the package was the only way to check the fit. For a $65 tank top, denying an exchange within four days, especially for a loyalty member, is extremely disappointing & unacceptable. This is not the Calvin Klein that I used to know!
