  Thanks to the lovely lady who helped me in the fitting room today I found so many cute vacation outfits ON SALE for $15 each First time seeing this store and the deals here are amazing I forgot the girlies name but thanks so much!

  I am so thankful for this team. They were all so helpful and the energy in this store was amazing. Every single staff member I talked to spoke to me with kindness and answered all of my questions with a smile and class. I ending up buying two dresses and will be back for more occasions because of this staff. Thank you for all your kindness, management here is doing a fantastic job with this team.

  Had such a great experience at Windsor! The staff were super helpful and friendly, and I found exactly what I was looking for. The store is always well-organized and has such cute styles. Definitely coming back!!!!

  A repulsive mannered woman works here, young with brown/blonde highlights. Let alone not smiling, she made a horrible, disgusting expression when she unwillingly asked if I needed help and I actually asked a question since she's the one who approached me. She was clearly not actually capable of doing the job she's being paid for. Not only did she make a disgusting expression and continued walking around with a dirty face, but she didn't actually help when I requested, unwilling to make any basic effort to do her job. In contrast, an employee working near the changing rooms answered my questions, found the requested item for me, and knew how to smile like a decent, normal human. Unfortunately, I don't have the name of the repulsive woman but she has highlights and was at Windsor around 6 p.m. on April 13. If the manager knows who I am referring to, please fire this horrible, uncivilized thing right away. Who hires such clowns?

  Love this location! I was looking for a wedding guest dress all weekend and had no luck until I came to this store. The manager Sabrina was so kind and accommodating even when I was stressed out because nothing had fit me right despite going to many stores. I told her what kind of dress I wanted and she showed me so many options that were exactly the kind of thing I was looking for. This is amazing customer service that I haven’t received in dress stores for a long time. Even during busy hours the manager was so attentive and friendly, thank you so much! I will be back!
