  My sister and I stopped by the store recently to look for a couple outfits, and we ended up having a really great experience. Sabina and Jacey helped us the whole time and were both incredibly kind and patient. They brought out a bunch of different options for my sister to try and gave really helpful suggestions without ever making us feel rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about helping customers find something they feel good in. My sister and I actually come back to this store pretty often, and every time it’s always a great experience.

  Had a great experience shopping at windsor. Jacey was a great help and got me what I needed promptly. The rest of the staff were kind and helpful as well.

  This review is not for the store in particular but for the entire company and their shipping/customer service. I wrote a review on the website however I can no longer find it. The shipping for this company is terrible. It’s been 3 weeks since I placed the order for my item and have still not received it and have no clue when it will arrive. Every day they send an update that it’s arriving that day but it never does. I tried speaking to the customer service as I’m concerned it’s lost but they won’t give me any solution and keep saying to ‘be patient’. They also said it was due to weather conditions and “all shipping providers are down”, meanwhile all of my other packages have arrived just fine. I will never be shopping with this company again and will most likely return the boots if they ever arrive.

  the girls working when my mother and i went in were super sweet. showed me so many options for my occasions coming up and they helped me put something on hold at another windsor store. very helpful and sweet!
