David and Charlie were incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand what we truly needed, and provided great advice throughout the process. Thanks to them, our entire shopping experience felt relaxed, enjoyable, and comfortable. I also want to give special appreciation to Craig, the store manager. During our visit, my younger daughter wandered off and was about to walk out of the store. Craig noticed it immediately, stopped her from going outside, and came over to alert us. His attentiveness genuinely prevented a potential accident, and we are extremely grateful for his quick reaction and care. Overall, we are very satisfied with everything at this store. The staff are professional, caring, and go above and beyond. A big thank you to everyone at Spotslife!

So funny that I have to order again and then return the previous one, which could be must easier for Sporting Life just to do the price adjustment. So sad I have to waste my time to do this and they have to waste their shipping cost. But for those ones who believe Sporting Life will do price adjustment during any holiday sale, hold your "place order" button and wait, because they are not going to do that!

He helped me with a custom ski boot fitting and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable throughout the process. He took the time to explain every adjustment, made sure the fit was perfect, and clearly knew his stuff. It’s rare to get this level of service and expertise—highly recommend asking for Andrew if you’re getting boots fitted.

Today, I checked the website and saw that the item was listed as in stock, so I called the store. A female employee answered, but she told me to check online and said she was too busy to help before hanging up. I explained that I had visited the store yesterday and was told my size wasn’t available, yet now it’s showing as in stock online — but she still said she couldn’t check because she was “busy” and ended the call. This store seems to discriminate against Asians. Do not go here. The call took place at 3:36 PM, and the woman didn’t sound particularly young.
