- LLLuckshinaAug 15, 20255.0Sydney was amazing, my friend and I went to the store a few weeks ago to try sunglasses and she helped us with the Meta Ai Ray bans and was very knowledgeable on them, and looked things up for us! She was with us the whole time and helped with an interactive experience with the “try on” Meta Ray bans and answered every little question we had knowing we were there to look and not purchase. She even searched for the codes and descriptions for the glasses so that we could order them elsewhere! She also helped my friend with finding regular sunglasses and recommended quite a few good ones!
- CCCABJul 31, 20251.0I’ve been to this store a few times, and every visit has been uncomfortable. The moment you try to browse or compare a few pairs of glasses, the employees swarm you, pressure you to buy, and make the experience feel more like harassment than customer service. I ended up buying the glasses I wanted online instead of in store because of how pushy the staff were. As someone who’s worked in retail, your employees need training on how to let customers shop comfortably as this is not the way to earn sales.
- RARalph AlldredDec 29, 20241.0Brought in a pair of Dior sunglasses purchased @ Sunglass hut(yorkville) needed the lenses repaired as they were scratched. First I was told they don’t sell Dior, which I know they did the girl then corrected her self and said they do sell them but would have to order them. They were out of warranty as they didn’t show up. Believe I bought them in 2021. So understandable. I then asked can they repair them, I would pay whatever the cost. I was then told by the 2 working that they don’t do repairs but I could buy a new pair. Something didn’t seem right so I just said thanks and left. Called downtown sunglass hut by where I live and they said bring them in they can order lenses and replace them for me when they come in. Not all places are equal.
