  Not happy with this place employee's talking amongst themselves had to ask for service they semmed piis i interrupted them after wandering around looking for boots . Only to find out that they don't have any in stocks a not a good at all

  Purchased 2 pair of Steve Madden shoes , couple of months ago , the shoes were/are fine , but the shoe laces started ripping apart , as the outer layer of the shoe lace is not of good quality,.I went to the store to look for new shoe laces to go with the shoes but the staff seem disinterested in addressing my need or even offering any support or some basic customer service etiquette (acknowledging ) poor product offered,.. I was in the shop to get my winter boots, I am gladly going to take my business else where, where me and my family feel welcomed and are offered good after sale service with good price

  Went into the store with the intention to purchase two pair of sandals. While looking around I needed to use the restroom. Was told that I couldn’t use their washroom and would have to go to Winners a few doors down and use their washroom. Your loss, Winners gain. I ended up purchasing shoes there. I manage a boutique and would NEVER refuse a customer the use of our washroom. Shame on you.

  I’ve been in this store at least 5 times in the last few months. I’ve never been greeted. I’ve never been offered help of any kind. I watched the sales person yell across to an elderly man instead of putting down her phone and helping him. Absolutely no customer service in this store.
