  I already knew i was going to be purchasing new sunglasses to replace the ones I have seemingly lost or misplaced but upon arrival to the sunglass hut kiosk in the mall I was greeted by Ella. I told her my situation and what I was looking for and she got right to getting me the model I was there for. Pulled out a tray of different coloured frames with various lenses and helped me find the ones I liked best. After that she mentioned a promotion that offer buy on get 40% off a second. I wasn't really planing on getting a second pair but figured id have a look at some other models and again Ella was right on point getting others to try on and answering any and all questions I had about them. I opted out on the second pair but if I ever need replacements or simply want another pair I will head right over to the mall and get Ella to help me out.

  More than happy with my service, I purchased the Ray ban smart glasses and they were so helpful. They let me demo the store ones, and gave me so much info. The ones I wanted they didn't have in stock, they were able to get them for me next day. A great help and so friendly. My husband is going back to purchase some for himself. Highly recommend.

  Had some questions , asked the young girl working, wasn't much help at all. Leads me to believe there's a lack of training. Hard to sell $300-$400 glasses if you don't know anything about them. She tried her best , was friendly. Expect more knowledge from a salesperson tho unfortunately
