- KSKirk SherwinOct 26, 20251.0I give a zero star if possible The managers at this store the two females that were there were absolutely absurd. I bought a $300 outfit. It didn’t fit right all tags were wrong but when I tried the pants on one tag came off the sewing on tags were all there all three of them. The one with the little plastic clip came off. She said she wouldn’t return it because the plastic clip came off. They were still freshly pressed. Never worn tried them on for two seconds didn’t fit. She would only return the top half of the outfit not the pants. She told me the tag needed to be on. She didn’t care how it was on as long as I put it on before I came back. I bought a tag machine put it on went back in today and the guy was gonna return them, but there’s one girl is so anal she started whispering on her microphone, telling him not to do it because she remembered me from before I will never shop here again and I advise anyone else go to a different American eagle but don’t go to the one in the Peterborough mall they’re ridiculous. Every girl in there has serious issues.
