  If I could write 0 stars I absolutely would, the manager laurie in aerie is an absolutely disgusting and rude human being. I'm absolutely appalled by her behaviour and will NEVER step foot in that store again and neither will any of my friends which is unfortunate as aerie is our favorite store, I will be going to any other location to avoid this store now. I bought myself an outfit from here costed me $120, I've lost quite abit of weight and I tend to forget that so the outfit I bought was waaaay too big, when I bought it the outfit didn't have tags on it, not a big deal, so the girl who cashed me out grabbed another shirt and pair of shorts to scan them and I left the store. I went home tried them on for .3 seconds realized they were huge and decided to return them. Upon returning them I realized the store didn't have the size I needed so I asked for a return to get my money back and maybe order online or get it from another store. The manager laurie walked over looked me up and down disgustingly and says "yeah I'm not doing anything for you", then looks me up and down again grossly and goes "these have been worn AND there's an odor" which I stated it was my perfume I was wearing when trying them on for not even a minute she rolls her eyes at me again and says "yeah sorry can't do nothing for ya" and walks away. Absolutely disgusting behaviour for a manager.

  A girl got told to "just walk in" to a change room. Surprise, she picked mine! Did not at all appreciate being walked in on, in a state of undress, by a stranger. I texted my partner, who was waiting outside of the change area for me, about the shocking situation and how utterly humiliated and invaded I felt. He corroborated how flippantly the girl was told to just pick a room. What an awful experience.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this American Eagle location. A friend of mine visited the store the day before and was given a price match based on the online price for an item. When I went in for the exact same item and politely asked if they could match the online price as well, I was bluntly told no without any explanation. What made the experience upsetting was the clear inconsistency in how customers were treated. If price matching is allowed for some customers, it should be applied consistently.

  Je suis passée mardi soir cette semaine et j’ai été servie par un jeune homme très gentil et à l’écoute. Merci pour ce merveilleux service à la clientèle. Cela faisait longtemps que je n’avais pas reçu un service aussi agréable, sans aucune pression. // I stopped by on Tuesday evening this week and was served by a very kind and attentive young man. Thank you for the wonderful customer service. It had been a long time since I received such a pleasant service experience without any pressure.

  Went into this establishment and was helped by Kyla who was absolutely amazing. She helped me pick out a bunch of clothes and they've been my favourites ever since. If there is employee of the month, my vote is for Kyla!
