- IKimen khlifDec 30, 20251.0I ordered a pair of pants online on November 28, and I still haven’t received it. I tried calling customer service several times, but no one answers. I went to the Alo store closest to me at Rideau Centre in Ottawa. The sales associate was very impolite and didn’t even let me finish my sentence. She told me they have no relation with the website and that since I ordered online, I should call customer service.

I had an issue with one of my products and they proactively resolved it for me with no questions asked. I will definitely continue to shop there!

On my first visit, an associate went above and beyond by searching in the back for a long time to find the exact cap I wanted, which wasn’t available on the floor. On my second visit, another associate quickly helped me find the right size and checked me out in record time—I was in and out effortlessly.
