On my first visit, an associate went above and beyond by searching in the back for a long time to find the exact cap I wanted, which wasn’t available on the floor. On my second visit, another associate quickly helped me find the right size and checked me out in record time—I was in and out effortlessly.

After navigating the menu a store representative eventually answers the phone and hangs up right away. I thought it was an accident, so tried again a few times and it happened consistently. Also, be warned that if you're ordering online, you cannot return at the store (must be shipped back). All in all, don't expect an experience that is commensurate with the price of their products.
