The store was nearly empty, yet I was left standing there with six items while she avoided eye contact and did absolutely nothing. A manager was informed, and while the manager was polite, there was zero accountability for Rosalind. If this is how your staff treat customers, maybe they shouldn’t be allowed near one.

I went to the Alo store closest to me at Rideau Centre in Ottawa. The sales associate was very impolite and didn’t even let me finish my sentence. She told me they have no relation with the website and that since I ordered online, I should call customer service.
