  Worst service ever in the shoe department. I wear a women’s wide shoe and they carry none. However a store offering good service with knowledgeable staff could have offered me the option to look on the mens side, which are sometimes made a bit wider. I was hoping to buy 2 pairs of shoes and my husband was looking too. We will gladly bring our business elsewhere.

  I had a really great experience at Sporting Life and felt very valued as a customer. I had an issue with a return, and Rachael was incredibly kind and helpful in resolving everything. She handled the situation with professionalism and made the whole process much easier and less stressful. I also really appreciated Ben, who took the time to help me understand what ski gear my kids needed. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made it much easier to figure out what would work best for them. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and it really made a difference in my experience. I’ll definitely continue shopping at Sporting Life in the future!
