  The company and customer service sucks! I bought a bag and a wallet online, their carrier left my order in the lobby of my building instead of the my apartment door (I have Ring doorbell camera for security) and it got stolen. I tried to negotiate with MK for replacement or partial refund, and they refuse to budge. I filed claim with UPS and filed police report. I did everything correctly to protect my purchases, but their carrier decide to leave it downstairs and now I am out of money and I have nothing to show for it. Any major brand like MK acting like this is a disgrace. BEWARE BUYERS. If your online order gets stolen at no fault of your own, MK will not have your back.

  Me and my bestie coming from Belgium visited the MK outlet store in Tanger. We had the most great experience there. We came in a little before closing time, and still the personal received us with a great smille and assisted us to the max. Especially Kimia who was our personal assistance. Also the manager on duty, Ahmed was super professional, friendly and very help full. Tracy and little miss timid Mayar were super professional, fun and sweet too. Honestly, that night we had laughed so much with each one of them. I had to write a review for this particular team!! They need to be promoted for the excellent customer service and experience!! Thank you guys 🫶🏾
