- SMSandrine MarshDec 17, 20252.0I went to this location yesterday to buy a skirt for my sister, she had sent me a picture of the exact thing she wanted, with the name of the skirt, the size, and the colour on it. They didn't have it in store, but I talked to a worker and he said he could order it for me, which he did. Today, I got an email about the order saying it was placed, and when I clicked on it, it was in the wrong colour. I then immediately called the lululemon delivery customer service line, and the person on the line said there was absolutely nothing they could do for me, even though it was one of their employees who made the mistake, and that once I get the skirt, I can exchange it for store credit. I was very frustrated since I'm not even the one who made the mistake, and I will have to spend more at this store that I don't shop at normally. I had to go and order another skirt myself in the right colour for it to get to my house in time before I leave for a trip. Overall frustrating experience, and I will avoid shopping here in the future.
