  I have dealt with Beatrice a couple of times for Rolex servicing. Such a pleasure to deal with, she always makes me feel super welcome, and is so warm and helpful while also being objective and honest. Dealing with luxury retailers can be very stuffy and cold so it's so refreshing to work with someone like Beatrice. Thank you!

  We had an absolutely amazing shopping experience with Jessica. She helped me choose my favorite stone for my wedding ring that we renewed, and her enthusiasm, honestly made the whole experience so much more special and enjoyable.☺️ On top of that, we were completely surprised when she managed to find the Rolex watch my husband had been trying to get for two years from other dealers. She secured it for us within just one week, and we picked it up together with my finished ring. Jessica, you’re incredible! thank you for going above and beyond and making this such a memorable experience!🌺

From the very beginning, Sonja took the time to walk me through the Rolex lineup, answer questions, and really understand what I was looking for. There was never any pressure—just genuine expertise and a clear passion for helping clients find the right piece. Together, we were able to thoughtfully curate a wishlist that aligned with both my style and long-term goals. This week, Sonja reached out to let me know that both a 36mm and 40mm Explorer had arrived in store. I came in shortly after, and the entire experience was seamless and memorable. I ultimately selected the Explorer 40—my first Rolex and a watch I’ve been hoping to add for quite some time. What stood out most was the level of professionalism, communication, and trust throughout the process. Sonja followed through exactly as promised and made what could have been a stressful purchase feel easy and exciting.
