Luckily i stopped by the ottawa location and got a complete 360 with the best service I've seen in a long time. Great job to this team for allowing me to continue to purchase with tiffany and co after all these years. They managed to fix my limited edition bracelet. Free of cost even after the warranty ended as the other location couldn't be bothered and said there was nothing they could do and told me to leave and call customer service. Ottawa team you guys are amazing! Keep up the amazing customer service.
