  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I bought a gold ring from Tiffany & Co., and within one day it had deep scratches. When I contacted them, instead of taking responsibility for a product that clearly shouldn’t show damage this quickly, they told me to bring it back and pay to have it polished. For a luxury brand, this is unacceptable. A ring at this price point should not look worn out after 24 hours, and customers shouldn’t be asked to pay more to fix a problem that appears immediately after purchase. This feels like a quality issue, not “normal wear,” and the response I received was dismissive and unhelpful. I expected far better quality and far better customer service

  There was a mistake and they didn’t in grave my necklace so we sent it back and asked them to mail it to me. Came to me horribly knotted. I got most of them out except one we haven’t been able to get out. You think for a 300$+ necklace they would take better care of it.
