- MMMoein MehrtashNov 25, 20251.0I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I bought a gold ring from Tiffany & Co., and within one day it had deep scratches. When I contacted them, instead of taking responsibility for a product that clearly shouldn’t show damage this quickly, they told me to bring it back and pay to have it polished. For a luxury brand, this is unacceptable. A ring at this price point should not look worn out after 24 hours, and customers shouldn’t be asked to pay more to fix a problem that appears immediately after purchase. This feels like a quality issue, not “normal wear,” and the response I received was dismissive and unhelpful. I expected far better quality and far better customer service

- KHKK Here!Jun 19, 20231.0I usually come here to get all my Tiffany jewelry cleaned and receive the utmost service but NOT yesterday June 19 around 1:15 when I was greeted by this mid/late 20 Asian woman about 5'2 with light brown hair. She was extremely rude and snarky attitude and not let me speak as soon as I told her I would like to have a complimentary cleaning on 2 bracelets and she said NO, but they have always accommodated me since I am from out of town. Anyways, that was not my main issue, when she said no, I decided leave even though I was originally planning to buy my daughter a couple of presents for her birthday and graduation. When I turn back to speak to my daughter, I saw that Asian associate and another Asian (with blond highlights & bigger built) girl snickering about us because when they were talking, they were looking at us up and down on our way out. Never again will I return back to this location with such poor unprofessional service. Instead I purchased from Swarovski. Message to that sales associate, don't act high and might just because you work there
