Почему нет никаких моделей в наличии, а только товар с витрины? 2. Когда я получила смс от DHL, что посылка доставлена, я пришла в магазин. Недружелюбная консультантка спросила, почему я вообще пришла, если мне не звонили с магазина(16.05). Я, не дождавшись звонка, пришла снова (18.05), хотя посылка уже была доставлена 16!!! Была та же недовольная консультантка; и на мой вопрос: «Почему я так и не дождалась звонка?» - услышала ответ: «Было много работы не было времени и мы забыли» Хочу уточнить, в этом магазине небольшая загруженность, сколько раз я не приходила - клиентов не было. К сожалению, из-за «забывчивого» и не клиентоориентированного персонала, больше нет желания у Вас делать покупки. Спасибо.
