  I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but she is absolutely lovely—beautiful with curly hair and facial piercings. She greeted us immediately as we walked in, which made such a positive first impression. My partner rarely comments on customer service, yet he was genuinely impressed by her warmth and personality. Having spent 10 years at Tiffany & Co., I know how critical it is to acknowledge guests within the first few seconds, and she did this flawlessly. She was bubbly, engaging, and made effortless conversation while remaining authentic. If I owned my own brand, I would hire her in a heartbeat. She truly represents what exceptional client experience should feel like. I also want to add that my partner and I were very underdressed that day, as I am 8 months pregnant, and yet we were treated with such care and respect. I’ve seen comments about concerns around profiling, but that was absolutely not our experience. My partner is Black, and we were treated like gold by this employee from the moment we walked in. That level of inclusive, genuine service truly stood out and deserves recognition.

  I am not happy with Lululemon’s customer service. I was a loyal customer for more than ten years. I had trouble making a simple exchange today even though I had my receipt. There are many other clothing chains that offer better customer service. Lululemon is overrated!

  Racial profiling at its worst. I went into this Lululemon store simply to buy socks. While browsing, I was followed closely by a store associate who clearly assumed I was stealing. I had done absolutely nothing wrong. The experience was uncomfortable, humiliating, and left me feeling racially profiled. No customer should be treated like a suspect for simply shopping. If Lululemon truly stands for inclusivity and respect, this behavior completely contradicts it. I will think twice before shopping here again unless serious changes are made.

  I tried to return a pair of leggings that ripped after a month of wear. They wouldn’t let me. And then I think she accused me of buying them in 2022 when that’s not true? It’s kind of insane that 120$ pants would rip that fast. Then the worker asked me if I want to create an account so next time I have quality issues they can be addressed. If there’s constantly quality issues, maybe lulu should lower their prices. (Also, I know this isn’t the workers fault, she was very kind about it)
