Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.
I visited this Lululemon location for the first time today and I was greeted by the friendliest associate at the door! She stopped to chat with us on our way in and out and made us feel super welcome!

I came in here to buy a key chain as I am sponsoring a teen for christmas and this is what they asked for. I asked for help in picking a colour and explained that I was shopping for a less fortunate teen girl. As i was browsing, the staff member came back up to with this time with her manager and offered to take care of my purchase for me as it was going to the teen for christmas. This made my whole day. I was now able to use that $50 towards other items for her! I truly appreciate the customer service and how the staff went above and beyond for me. Definitely recommend shopping here!

Just recieved a pair of pants, ripped within two times of wearing them. Ordered other pants then recieved a discount code 3 days after ordering them. Asked them to refund the difference of the discount to a gift card. Customer service employee refused and said I need to bring them into a store refund them and then repurchase them..... Worst company ever. Very much going down hill. Every interaction I have had lately has been awful.

DO NOT Recommend this store. Terrible customer service. Bought a pair of sweatpants in early August this year, two months later fabrics started peeling and MULTIPLE holes are all over the sweatpants. Bought it back in store to see if they can do anything about it. The guy was saying because it’s in the middle of the fabric it is not covered by the quality promise. And kept gaslighting me saying it’s from how I wear it? Excuse me??it’s a sweatpants I’m not going rock climbing in this. Maybe all the holes are from me sitting on the couch in it? He just gave me a number for the client educator line to call.
On the other hand, I brought the pants to Richmond location right after. They gave me a swapped right away with no problem.
So what is your problem Bayshore store?
