Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

They didn't have it in store, but I talked to a worker and he said he could order it for me, which he did. Today, I got an email about the order saying it was placed, and when I clicked on it, it was in the wrong colour. I then immediately called the lululemon delivery customer service line, and the person on the line said there was absolutely nothing they could do for me, even though it was one of their employees who made the mistake, and that once I get the skirt, I can exchange it for store credit. I was very frustrated since I'm not even the one who made the mistake, and I will have to spend more at this store that I don't shop at normally. I had to go and order another skirt myself in the right colour for it to get to my house in time before I leave for a trip. Overall frustrating experience, and I will avoid shopping here in the future.

He helped me find the right clothing, assisted me in the change room, checked in to make sure everything fit perfectly, and even greeted me again on my way out. Honestly, he was doing the job of six people greeting customers, helping on the floor, assisting in fitting rooms, giving product knowledge, restocking, and providing amazing customer service. Employees like Marty are rare. He made my shopping experience smooth, comfortable, and memorable. Lululemon is lucky to have him!
