Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

Last fall I bought Bliss-feel trail runners for winter wear, then put them back in storage for the next winter. Took then out of storage after wearing them for only a few months and there's a hole in the top. Because it's one month past a year since I purchased them, they'll do nothing for me, not even an exchange. Poor quality shoes + inflexible policy, meaning they aren't standing by their product. Nike runners are much higher quality and less expensive. Sooooo disappointed. Buyer beware!

Just recieved a pair of pants, ripped within two times of wearing them. Ordered other pants then recieved a discount code 3 days after ordering them. Asked them to refund the difference of the discount to a gift card. Customer service employee refused and said I need to bring them into a store refund them and then repurchase them..... Worst company ever. Very much going down hill. Every interaction I have had lately has been awful.

Visited Lululemon to shop for a friend’s birthday and was blown away by the amazing service. The associate Mady not only helped me find the gift but also wrote and drew a beautiful birthday card for my friend! This thoughtful gesture made my gift even more special. The Lululemon store in the Rideau Centre is one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. The store itself is so organized and welcoming, which makes browsing easy and enjoyable.
Brenna greeted me when I arrived and was amazing — friendly, attentive, and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for without ever being pushy. In the fitting room area, Bekka was just as wonderful. She went out of her way to bring me a pair of leggings so I could properly try on sports bras, which made a huge difference.
Some stores make in-person shopping feel stressful, but this visit was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The products are great, but the staff really take the experience to the next level. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Make sure you double-check your shipping address when ordering from Lululemon’s website. I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. I accidentally placed an order using my old address and immediately contacted them—using every available support option—to request an address change. Despite following up for four days, the package was still delivered to the wrong address.
To make things worse, one of their representatives put me on hold, then hung up on me, and later told me to file a missing package report within 24 hours. I had already done everything I could to prevent this issue ahead of time. Overall, it was a complete waste of my time and money.
