I've been a client for close to twenty years and, in that time, they have treated me with nothing but professionalism, kindness, and respect. They are currently located on the ground floor of the Chateau Laurier while completing renovations on the corner of Bank and Sparks St. It's quite accessible, though, and the Chateau is a nice setting for a temporary location. Recommended.
