- OHOlesya HladkovaNov 5, 20251.0Unpleasant experience at the store tonight - I tried on many pairs as the selection is great and there are seasonal sales, however nobody offered help or even asked a question if I need anything. I spent about an hour there, the associates were cruising around, doing nothing, just chasing at me as like I was going to steal something. I left 3 boxes of the shoes that I was going to get on the floor, and I went to the other end of the store to see discounted stuff. When I got back, the boxes gone. When I asked, I was told that they're cleaning the floor as they're closing soon - it was 7:45 PM, and the store closes at 9 PM - ha-ha. When I noted that,they said something about safety and that I could've let them know. Instead of them asking me what I'm going to do with those pairs, they just cleaned the floor - like it's their primary duty in the store - not to serve customers, but clean the floor. They could rather clean mirrors at the store, especially the small ones, which are discustently dusted, that you can't properly see how the shoes look like on your feet. Terrible service.
