I came in on a Sunday night a few weeks back trying to find shoes for a formal event, and she took the time to tediously go through with me to make sure I had the perfect pair- right down to the color matching and height that I would need for the length of the dress I had. We spent a solid hour combing through every possibility (I'm indecisive and wasn't sure what I wanted) and she assured she had it covered- which she 100% did. My event was last night, and not only do I commend her for putting up with me, (I'm a bit older now so I'm a bit picky) but also I see it necessary to commend her for her expertise. My coworkers had plenty of compliments to give, and even more importantly, I was comfortable. I would recommend her day and night. Absolutely exemplar.

My friend’s husband had a Birkenstock emergency, he failed to bring from Toronto his most loved Birk sandels. lt was the last day of the the year, with less than an hour before closing, when we drove over, Nadhia was super, she found the left sandel and last pair in his size. In less than 15mins we where in and out of the store!! Thanks to Alexandra checking us out! Very nice!
