  If.ypur delivery service states a time it should be kept. First and last.time order.and go here .wasted.2 5 hours of my day should have driven no call no delivery change called to see.whst.up and told.just wait lol.

  Delivery was 45 min after the 2 hour window they said online. Called 20 min after the window closed and they said it's a busy night and the driver has to come back to the shop to get the delivery. When the delivery showed up it was ice cold and clearly had been in the car for ages. They offered nothing to apologize for it and didn't bother calling to say that they had been running behind all day. This took us out for our entire Friday night of the long weekend..dont offer what you cant do. Staff was rude. Clear change since new ownership. Won't be back which is really unfortunate. Used to be my fave

  i’ve been coming to this store for awhile now, it’s my go-to!! they have delivery, free delivery for orders over 35$, which makes it so convenient:) the staff is always friendly and efficient! i’m trans and use a preferred name, and all the staff have been very understanding about it. i’ve had small problems with online orders and the store always calls me to let me know and give solutions. it’s a pleasure to order from chrontact!

  Hands down the worst spark affiliated store to order from. Was expecting my delivery at 11:25am as per the tracking, but more deliveries were added before mine bumping the ETA to 12:44 (so far). This is a regular occurrence. On one occasion they didn't deliver at all and I ended up needing to uber to pick up my order.
