This time I was trying to find a light weight jacket in early winter. Xueqi Chen helped me a lot on choosing a right one. She was very professional and helpful. After several try-out, I chose the Updated HyBridge Base. I am very happy with that and thanks Xueqi again for the help!

They were told by an employee to wait outside because the store was “too busy.” However, even after multiple customers had left, they were still not allowed to enter. It was only when a couple walked in without being stopped or asked to wait that the employee realized my son and his friends also needed to be let in. As someone who has purchased multiple jackets from your store, I would expect all customers to be treated fairly and respectfully. To add to this, one of my son’s friends purchased a $700 vest during this visit, which makes the way they were treated even more concerning.

Super fast delivery — and the parkas arrived in a giant gift box with garment bags. Honestly, I felt like I bought luxury handbags instead of winter jackets 😂. Even after winter, we can store them nicely in the box. Love the thoughtful touch!
