    Extremely disappointing experience at this Calvin Klein store. Winter purchases usually come with extended return periods, yet the staff refused both a refund and even basic store credit. I clearly stated I was not asking for a refund and only requested store credit, as I am not someone who habitually returns items. Despite this, there was absolutely no flexibility or willingness to help. The situation was handled so poorly that I was left with no option but to leave the jacket at the store itself. That alone should say enough about the level of customer service I received. This was not about money — it was about fairness, basic customer care, and accountability, all of which were missing. I am posting this so management is aware and responds, because this experience does not align with what one expects from a brand like Calvin Klein. Manager was Yany.

    Today I went to Calvin Klein and Yeny was so helpful, patient. She helped me out and I am grateful for such an amazing customer service. Great staff and wonderful brand.

    Recently visited the CK store at Tangers with my dad and I was impressed by customer service and the good discounts I got. I want to mention about salesperson( Shan) who helped us in getting the right sizes and made great outfit recommendations.
