  I love this AE location! The staff is always so helpful and kind. Tabitha was an absolute gem! She helped me SO much yesterday and thanks to her, I found 2 pairs of jeans I really liked :)

  Had a wonderful experience, store was very clean and neatly organized. Associate help me pick out an adorable outfit that I thought would make a great present for my daughter, even bought a second sweater that matched the skirt because it was so cute. The cashier was very friendly and told me and the customer in front of me (from Boston) that returns in US would be no problem and that they did them all the time (I assumed in reverse). I purchase a few other items for my oldest child, one of which was clearance. Apparently, clearance items have a different sku than the original item so the cashier even went out of her way to provide the original sku to make any potential return easier. Unfortunately, the 2 sweaters and skirt did not fit. When we went to return in US is when we found out that AE does not allow cross border returns, apparently they cannot figure out the exchange rate. Totally fine, I get that. Can we have a store credit then or just swap for different. Still a no. I called AE customer service and all they wanted to do was repeat the return policy. I asked for them to send me a return label, NO. I asked for a shipping label to Canada, NO. I asked if I mailed it to the mailing address at the bottom of my receipt (Our mailing address: 77 Hot Metal Street Pittsburgh, PA 15203, USA) and have them process the return, NO. Can I pay to mail it to the store in Canada to have it returned, YES. I paid cash for this purchase, how will they handle that, they do not know. So the store does not seem to have a clear understanding of the return policy and the customer service does not know how the store processes returns, but they are very proficient in repeating the return policy.

  Had a great experience at American Eagle thanks to Gurshaan at the cashier. He was super friendly, professional, and made the checkout process quick and easy. Very helpful and had a great attitude — definitely made the visit better. Customer service like this really stands out. Appreciate the help!

  Exceptional staff and excellent service. The whole team worked together to get me what I needed and tailored to my expectations. From great service by Cadence on the floor and great service by the cashier. I dont’t remember his name but he was the tall one with curly hair I think it was gurshaan or shaan I don't remember but he made sure I got every size I needed with the right price with a great attitude and super polite. Looking forward to shopping at this location again!

  I am a loyal customer to AE, and not just within Canada but internationally. Today, I experienced the worst customer service ever.... this evening, One of the stuff i just can't rememberhis name, he is male tall wity curl hair, he was working at the cash, i went to pick up an order, but he was very rude, kept arguing.....and when I asked to speak to a supervisor or a store manager, he said I am the supervisor, later on i asked one of the stuff on the floor, if he is supervisor? she said no he is not!!!! So on top of the bad customer service I received, he was lying. As a matter of fact, it was not the first time, same thing happened before and with the same person, very arrogant, not professional and does not show respect the companys customers. I dont think this should be the image of AE. In brief, it was a terrible experience.
