  I visited the store today with my family, and as regular customers of American Eagle (we shop here every couple of months), I was really disappointed with the service. The manager was very rude and showed a lot of attitude. No customer should feel insulted while shopping. We saw she treat every customer the same and the team members always calm the situation arises by her. This isn’t the first time either—this is the third time we’ve experienced the same behavior from her. She always seems to have a high temper, and it creates a very negative customer experience. I hope higher management looks into this and provides her with proper customer-service training.

  I had an amazing experience thanks to the employee working in the change room at the Bayshore Mall location, the kind of customer service that’s so rare these days. From the moment I stepped in, Dale made me feel like I had my own personal stylist. She took the time to listen, gave honest and thoughtful opinions, and paid close attention to what worked for me. Her care and attention to detail made all the difference. I walked in just browsing, and left with three items, which never happens! It’s a testament to how comfortable, confident, and well taken care of she made me feel. Truly outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back!
