I was looking for specific pants that I found browsing online and Ashley helped me find them in the store and even asked for assistance for someone to check in the back for me when we couldn't find my size on the floor because the system said there's one left. We couldn't find them so I was going to just buy 2 other pairs of pants but Ashley ended up flagging me down saying the pants were found on a changing room rack! I ended up leaving with exactly what I came in for. Ashley was so helpful and even offered to do a price check on them because there was a chance that the pants I wanted were BOGO 50% off and sure enough they were, and this was all despite the store and change rooms being busy so it was much appriciated that I was given so much extra care. Thank you!

The nice lady on the phone said it said there was 9 in stock and 4 of the other colour but that she would go check the back. She checked and said “yep! I’ll bring that to the front for you.” I was super grateful. I drove 25 minutes, got to tanger, and someone called me saying the stuff was in a box in the back and it would take too long to get it. She even claimed it would take 3 days and to not bother coming. I wouldn’t have even minded much if she didn’t wait for me to get there… And as a retail employee myself, I would’ve either started digging after making that mistake, or actually would have had the product in my hand when I claimed I did 25 minutes prior.
