Big props to the folks working today (Saturday). I really was not sure what I was looking for. I am headed to finland for two weeks. When the gentleman said "the military buys this one the most" I was sold. Thanks guys!
- JMJohn MayJul 23, 20255.0I had a broken latch on a suitcase I bought about 8 years ago. I looked up the repair procedure and saw where to bring it. It also said there was a $30 deposit. I took it to the lady in the Kanata location. She was terrific. Said she’d have it back in about 4 weeks. I asked if she wanted to see the original receipt and she said “no it’s okay”. And forget the $30 deposit. It was just delivered to my door, free and fixed. Great staff and company.
