(i witnessed this) It was really off putting that I left and didnt bother buying anything. Just go to Bayshore imo.

I came to the store to request a return, but they refused because I didn’t have the receipt. But who could have expected such poor quality from this store? Of course, we threw the receipt away — it was a gift for my mom. The store didn’t offer any help and said they couldn’t issue a refund. I asked if I could at least exchange the socks, but they refused that as well. I ended up leaving the socks as a “gift” to the store. I find this behavior toward a customer unacceptable, especially considering how poor the quality of the socks was.
