  Went to Windsor today for prom dress shopping. They have great selection with great prices and they always have their $15 rack in the back. Miriam helped us today and she was amazing. Would definitely recommend great customer service.

  I’ve been searching for a store where I could find cute little dresses for my daughter, and I’m so glad I finally walked into Windsor at Oshawa Centre. The selection is amazing — so many styles to choose from, a great range of sizes, and the prices are very reasonable. On top of that, there were some incredible deals that honestly surprised me! A special thank you to Maryam and Ceara for their warm and attentive service. They were so helpful and made the whole shopping experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends!

  I was just at Windsor in Oshawa Centre mall to look for a prom dress with my friends and I had the best experience ever! The clothes in Windsor are always super cute, and the workers made the experience even better, especially Amary! Thanks so much girl 💗 will def be back and tell all my friends to come here!

  Came to this location and I am so incredibly in AW of the service we received. I’ve just gotten used to bad service everywhere else. Greeted by a young lady with the CUTEST outfit on, I bought every single piece she was wearing. I was helped in the fitting room and one the girls with long brown hair left me the cutest note. Honestly, kudos to the team. You’re doing something SO right. It wasn’t about the items I bought, it was about the EXPERIENCE. Thank u all so much. I’ll be back, so will ALL My friends and I’ll be re recommending every person I know here. Thank you for making me feel good about myself when I didn’t even think I would walk in. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  Not sure who was management when I last went in….but it wasn’t the most pleasant experience. Clothes are great. Costumer service while shopping was normal. But as soon as I go to the cashier it got weird. They asked me for my email address and since I’m not able to give out my email address I had to decline giving that information. They told me that they needed to grab my email or else I wouldn’t be able to make my purchase. 😒 So I called over (I think) the management for the day and I asked if that was a serious rule of the store or not. She said yes and I wouldn’t be able to make a return without the email receipt…..even though I had a paper receipt in hand by the end of the transaction. Pretty invasive shopping experience. I actually got pretty upset after leaving the store wondering why that was dealt with so poorly. I feel like if I have a paper receipt it’s proof of transaction and I am allowed to make returns as per their return policy. And I also think I have the right to decline giving personal info if I don’t want to….. anyway. Used to be one of my favourite stores in the mall but now I’m always avoiding going in.
