- LLLorayaJan 6, 20251.0This isn’t a review for this location but the Customer Service of the company. I ordered Uggs online and received two different shoes. When I immediately contacted customer service I was told there is no more in stock to send me a proper pair and if I wanted a refund for the faulty product I’d have to return them. I ordered online because I don’t have time to purchase in store or make returns. Very disappointed that I paid for a product they don’t have and now I have to spend my time returning these mismatched shoes to get a refund because of their mistake, and I won’t even be able to get the correct shoes I ordered after all the work. Are they planning on selling the faulty pair again?
