Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

- AKAshley KulcarDec 10, 20251.0Good luck getting a piece of clothing repaired in a timely manner. I dropped off a sweater Sept 30 to have the zipper replaced. They told me 4-6 weeks. I went in at 6 weeks since I didn't have any updates and the lady told me that it could take up to 8 weeks since they send it out. Although when I dropped it off, I was told they use Stitch it in the mall to repair. I went back at just over 9 weeks and still nothing. Lady said she would have the morning crew walk to Stitch it to find out if its in cue and they would call me back. We are now 10 weeks with no call back and no updates to how much longer the repair will take. I know I will never be taking an item back there for repair. Quality on their items is going downhill. Disappointing to say the least.

He was a tall built guy Africa American. The vibe was so off I won’t be going back to the oshawa mall store until they have some nice polite people.

They always have a greeter to greet you and tell you about the sales, they have good coverage to make sure everyone is being followed up on and they always are ready to help. They also have great product knowledge, and are very helpful. I love to contribute to their store’s sales instead of ordering online since they deserve the sales for their great customer service.

I even went back to ask again and he said it was a pending charge. The employees were nice and helpful but the manager was rude and scammed me out of $50
