- TTThe TruthJan 5, 20261.0The honest truth with this store is there’s very few people that work here that are kind other than Pavel, which is tolerable, but to be honest with you it comes off being very, very fake. It’s like he’s compensating for the bad attitude of everyone else who works there this place promotes within so all of the people who are the managers used to be low-level employees and it shows these people have a chip on their shoulder’s ..To be honest, I’m a successful business owner and going in there the way that they talk to me is beyond reproach, and these people need to be taught how to deal with people who are at a completely different economic status than they are in life. What a joke.

After a few good experiences, I was ready to leave a good review - but this experience has marred all the others. I came in today while it was freezing rain and I mentioned to the employee that I forgot my phone in the car, considering I know what app they use to price match (their staff showed it to me in the past) I was hoping I could just tell them the place and price they were selling it for, so they could use their app and confirm it was still there. Nope, even though other staff showed me the website they use in the past, and I knew exactly what store and price it was going to be (and told them) - this employee decided to make me go back out in the freezing rain so I could physically show them instead of telling them the store and exact listed price. While I go to explain my frustration, the shift lead either Michelle or kait (not sure because she wouldn’t tell me) was very condescending towards me. Telling me that it’s the same as grocery shopping and “haven’t you ever price matched at a grocery store before?” Despite the fact that their inconsistent policy sparked this issue, the shift lead and Tyrese were condescending, rude, unserious, inconsistent and ignorant. Also, because I decided to record them, the shift lead decided to record me on her phone too which I thought was funny! Between the tiny comments, smirks and direct laughs at me I’m sickened by this unnecessary confrontation. Pavel, who was only just an employee, showed much more respect, calmness and managerial attributes handled that much better. The shift lead working, should not be there and Pavel deserves her spot! You need to find a shift lead that can DE - ESCALATE situations rather than ESCALATE them. I’d love to speak to someone higher up about this matter more in depth. Thank you!

Consistently, over several visits spanning multiple years. The fact that they’re still in business means they must actually serve a decent number of customers, but that’s entirely at odds with my experience every time I’m here. It’s very strange.

Not to mention the knowledgeable and friendly staff, especially Emma and Michelle, so great with customers even while extremely busy, and interacting with stressed out Christmas shoppers. I placed and ordered and they changed the date on me for a day when I will not be home and when I called they were rude and would not change their mess up. I now have to let my nephew down because of their screw up. The employees are rude and the customer service sucks. I will never use their service again. Worst store I have ever ordered from.... I would give it a worse rating If I could. Won't even let me pick up my order I paid for and threatened to call the cops on me if I came in and demanded the order I paid for..... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
