  The perfect example of a dispensary. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant every time I’m in. Often times at other places I find I just walk out with a product whereas when I come here I walk out learning something too. They’re all very passionate about what they do and love sharing what they can! The fine folks at Fika consistently deliver a top notch experience! Many times I’ve come in unsure of what I want and they are yet to fail me with the recommendations! Cheers guys!

  I had a technical issue when ordering online. Which turned into a whole bad experience, however, I reached out to upper management and was treated with respect and was given an apology and they made sure the issues were corrected. When I went into the store today, and talked to the manager Rob, I was greeted with so much kindness and respect by the two gentleman in the store, I wanna say Nib? lol (but not sure), and Rob made up for the situation by giving me a pretty awesome one time discount. It showed me that they appreciated my business. I could have bought so much with that discount, but I didn't, I just got the weed I wanted because the respect now goes both ways. Thanks so much Rob and Nib? Lol you know who u are. If employee's don't wanna respect their customers, they should in the very least respect the owners that Employ them by treating their customers properly. And in the event that they don't, the management should. And they absolutely did. I'm looking forward to coming back and appreciate you guys for today, and I am babbling on because the weed I got is good, so, ya. Their weed is very good too lmao

  I love coming to Fika, the staff is always so friendly and their customer service is immaculate. Chefs kiss. Riley is so kind & welcoming, every time I go the staff always smiling and seem to have a great time at work. It really makes the difference!! Highly recommend!!! Ps Riley tysm for the Christmas swaggy bagggyy - I was in a bad mood when I came in because life, but I left smiling SO BIG and felt so happy because your energy & aura is off the charts. Great conversation!
