There are two particular employees who seem to have attitude and feel burdened by customers. At first I thought maybe it was a fluke but after several visits and observing how others in the store were also treated- I won’t be shopping at this location anymore. The employees at the eaton centre are inviting, informed and professional. I hope the Oshawa centre location improves in these areas.

- RRRamum4446Aug 30, 20251.0Went shopping yesterday at this location and was shocked to find out that a pair of denim jeans that appeared to a returned item on a hangar in the reduced/clearance section with a sign that said $29.99 and under was actually full price when checking out. I was purchasing over $300.00 in other items. The rep. refused to honor the posted price. Do yourself a favour and buy Canadian and avoid this American based store.
- DCDamian ComtoisAug 2, 20251.0I’m very disappointed in the customer service, I went to try on a top and the two workers working the change room completely ignored me and continued talking to each other, I finally asked them to open a room and they said nothing, then when I left the change room they both were very rude and gave dirty looks to me, I believe one girls name was Jaden, I’m not sure the other one but it was not a pleasant experience
