  I have been shopping at this location for years and have usually had pretty okay experiences, but today was shocking. All of the staff were huddled together and talking, no one even greeted me or offered to help me but they definitely followed people around the store when the person who appeared to be the manager told them to. When I asked to leave something at the counter, she (appeared to be the supervisor on shift) was playing on her phone and gave me a super dirty look. Not sure who manages this store or is the DM, but you need to speak with your staff about customer service. Extremely unimpressed after this experience and will hesitate to return.

  I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this aerie store. The clothing selection is beautiful, but unfortunately the staff and overall customer service completely took away from that. This is the second time I’ve visited and left upset. The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and came across as very unprofessional. Instead of assisting customers, they were on their phones, talking amongst themselves, and even appeared to be mocking people in the store. I was not acknowledged when I walked in, nor at any point during my visit. When I wanted to use the fitting room, no one was available to help, so I had to let myself in. To make matters worse, the change rooms were extremely dirty. There were large dust bunnies on the floor, walls, and ceiling, and the mirror was so dusty it was difficult to properly see myself. This happened yesterday afternoon, and it was a very disappointing experience. It’s unfortunate because the store has lovely clothing, but the poor service and lack of cleanliness make it hard to want to return.

  I have been extremely dissatisfied with the customer service in this location recently. The past few times I have visited this store, I have been met with terrible attitude from the workers at the checkout.

  Hannah was very helpful. She provided insight into my questions. She had a warm and welcoming demeanor with a kind smile. I will defintley be back to this store, because Hannah made me feel so welcomed. Thank you.

  Kaveens customer service was 10/10 very honest and straight forward recommended what I needed and was out the door as quickly as I wanted to be! Great work kaveen you deserve a promotion !
