Bonnie (i believe is her name) was so kind and understanding when I came into.the store for a return. Explained a process with respect to payment and returns. I highly recommend this store. The sales rep (im sorry i dont remember her name) was Equality very nice. Just overall hands down the best customer/manager interaction.

- CSCheryl SmithOct 2, 20255.0Fabulous service from store manager Bonnie! 3 of our family went into store this morning to select dress shoes for son's wedding. Bonnie was super helpful with fitting and showing options on line for styles that were similar in our size. We all left happy with a pair of shoes each. I returned with my shoes after spraying waterproofing, there were a some spots and Bonnie helped get the spots off and walked through how to test the spray before using again to make sure it wasn't a defective bottle. We will definitely be shopping here from now on. Great service and selection! Thank you Bonnie!
