Bonnie (i believe is her name) was so kind and understanding when I came into.the store for a return. Explained a process with respect to payment and returns. I highly recommend this store. The sales rep (im sorry i dont remember her name) was Equality very nice. Just overall hands down the best customer/manager interaction.

Bonnie was super helpful with fitting and showing options on line for styles that were similar in our size. We all left happy with a pair of shoes each. I returned with my shoes after spraying waterproofing, there were a some spots and Bonnie helped get the spots off and walked through how to test the spray before using again to make sure it wasn't a defective bottle. We will definitely be shopping here from now on. Great service and selection! Thank you Bonnie!
