  Everything you would expect from a franchise that has their act together. My order was done online and was ready for pickup in 3 hours. Staff was on point, the product was excellent as well. I tried on the boots and walked out with them with a smile on my face. My recommendation is to shop on their website first and see what is on sale or clearance. I was able to acquire the same in-store product for $40 less (the discount was applied at checkout). 5/5 stars, will gladly shop here again.

  This branch of the Shoe Company is great. They have amazing customer service, and they always remind me of rewards I have available to use. The last time I was in, they honoured an expired product reward as well! With three growing boys, I love the selection and the prices are reasonable. I think they are under new management fairly recently, so if you’ve had a bad experience, I recommend going back in and giving them another try.

  Great service and attention from both ladies today. Kendral was extremely helpful asking lots of open ended questions to help her determine what would look best with my dress for an upcoming wedding. Asked me if I had a picture of my dress and I did. I purchased a purse as well as some super cute boots. Very happy with my purchase.
