  Never go back due to very poor customer (slow, rude, not helpful , not even open the fitting door) service. Clearly the two ladies were not happy to be there but it’s not me to suffer from your poor service ( visit Friday 17 Oct around noon).

  We always visit this store . Usually the customer service is good in this store and we always like the cleanliness of the store and how everything is very organized. But this time it was a very different experience. Male cashier , very impatient and doesn’t care to communicate to the customer what he is actually doing behind the scenes while billing. If he was asked some questions , he would answer in a very rude manner, uses his hands a lot while talking and cut us off while trying to explain what we were trying to explain related to some exhange that we had to do. This happened 2 days back to back as we had to purchase something and do some exchange later. First of all, as there were no price checker , so we had to approach the cashier to ask the price of the items. There was no one waiting in the line behind us and store was pretty much empty. Whenever we tried to ask about some item’s price, he was getting cranky and irritated like a child and was responding very rudely and was asking for every item- Do you want to buy or not? Initially we ignored and let him continue and came out with our purchase. Same thing happend the very next day as we realized we had bought some wrong sized clothes and had to replace them. Went back and same person on the cash and same behaviour as the previous day. This time my wife wanted to talk to the manager and he claimed he is the manager. But from his behaviour it didn’t seem at all that he is fit to manage a store. We talked to the other lady staff in the store and they listened. We never had such horrible experience because we always interact with the lady staffs and they are always so helpful. Next time we will avoid this store if this person is around. I usually try not say anything negative about frontline workers as they have so much to deal with allday but this person here needs some grooming in customer experience and management.

  This Tommy is large and well organized. Unfriendly staff. Clean change rooms. The only Tommy in the area and the other two outlet ones are smaller and messier. Lots of parking and other options in the area from grocery, to food and gifts. Recommend a visit. My rating is based on lack of sizes and selection.

  The male cashier (working on a Thursday night) was very rude for no apparent reason, and looked at us liked we commited when we asked what discounts apply on what I was buying. I would have left the clothing behind if I weren’t buying it as a gift. The female cashier was very nice.
