  I have to say I am disappointed by my experience at this location. I came in to exchange a pair of leggings that I got within the year as part of their quality promise, as there was a rip beginning to form in the seam of the tights. I was told that because I had done quality promise exchanges in the past, I was no longer eligible to return the leggings. I left the store, both confused at the purpose of a quality promise if there are limitations on that promise, as well as disheartened by the lack of care and understanding on the end of the staff I’ve been a long time Lululemon customer and overall enjoy all of their products. However this experience has made me think twice about ordering from them or shopping in their stores again.

  This Lululemon location really delivers on variety - they carry sizes and styles that work for different body types and activity levels, which isn't always a given at athletic wear stores. Whether you're looking for yoga gear, running apparel, or casual athleisure, there's something for everyone. The staff stands out for being genuinely friendly and helpful without being pushy. They seem knowledgeable about the products and are happy to help you find the right fit or suggest items based on your activities. The store itself is well-organized and clean, making it easy to browse. However, the prices are quite steep, even by athletic wear standards. While the quality is generally good, it's hard to justify the cost for many items when there are comparable alternatives available at much lower price points. You're definitely paying a premium for the brand name. If budget isn't a concern and you're loyal to the brand, this location offers a pleasant shopping experience. But for value-conscious shoppers, the high prices significantly impact the overall value proposition.

  I was always shopping there and even more tried to attend some events been advertising on store”s website , but my last shopping experience did not go well .My daughter ordered online at store location leggings in lavender frost colour ,and sale representative make her to pay with gift card not credit card , that a new rule created in store . The leggings arrived in a very bad condition, so we had to come back to store to returned and re order a new pair , which arrived even in a worse condition that previous one . This time we requested money back or discount. So apparently no discount Company offered even the product is not in saleable condition and money you can get back only on gift card . It is very frustrating that excellent customer service is not priority any more
