Staff have been consistently rude and unhelpful, even when the store hasn’t been busy. And even if it were busy, that wouldn’t excuse rude behavior. Today I asked for monogramming samples at the cash and was told to “check online.” The associate at the register eventually pulled the information up, but the interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. This is a straightforward request and well within the scope of what staff should be able to assist with. After I left, I called back to ask for the associate’s name. The person on the phone, who was the same individual I was dealing with in store, was very reluctant to provide it, which added to the overall unprofessional experience. The name I was given was Tamana (though I’m not certain). When I shared my feedback, the response was essentially, “I’m sorry you feel that way,” rather than an apology or any effort to address the issue. Based on this pattern, I understand why the store has so many negative reviews. Management: please reflect on this and provide additional customer-service training, including basic professionalism and courtesy.

The Customer service associate at the online customer service counter was incredibly gracious; she took the time to explain exactly how the process worked and how she would handle my request. A huge shout-out to Racquel in the footwear department. She was so kind and patient, bringing out multiple styles and sizes of boots for me to try. She carefully explained the fit differences between sizes, which was extremely helpful. I also want to mention the manager, Alyssa, who handled the final exchange and in-store purchase. She was amazing and even apologized for the time it took, though the service was well worth it. Thanks to the team for making a potentially complicated return so easy. I will definitely be back to shop in-store!"
