I made an appointment and made the drive to Oakville on a Saturday. At the time of my appointment the individual I was supposed to meet with was too busy with another client and I was pawned off to another sales person. I was treated poorly and told they were not even willing to take my name down or express interest in any of the watches I am interested in purchasing. While I am totally aware the demand is off the charts for Rolex, it was a disappointing and humiliating visit especially considering I was referred by an employee and had just dropped some money at the Avenue Road location. I visited Humbertown, Van Rijk and Raffi in the following weeks and they had a better attitude and were more receptive. In a matter of two months I was offered one of the watches I desired. I will no longer deal with Knar and they should learn to treat existing clients better. While I did have a positive experience at the Toronto location, I deleted my review and will never deal with Knar again.

The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and approachable. In particular, Vicky has gone above and beyond and has always been incredible to work with.
