I purchased my John Hardy bracelet online at the Oakville location. I do 90% of all my shopping online. The ease of using Knar's online store is worth bragging about. It's ease of use should be what all online shopping sites should strive for. I was advised the carrier would deliver my piece before 1:30pm and they arrived at 1:20pm...fantastic. I'll certainly be back.

I contacted her to see if she could possibly let me know when a new Grand Seiko release was available to view. She responded promptly and said that she would be happy to let me know just as soon as she received one. True to her word, she contacted me about 5 weeks later to set up an appointment to view the watch. When I arrived that afternoon, she greeted me as always with her warm smile and brought the watch out from the back room. I LOVED IT! A short while later I left the store with my first Grand Seiko. Thank you Sasha for the GS and for the kindness that you showed my daughter when we were shopping for her graduation present. I should also mention that all of the staff at Knar are extremely friendly. Such a nice change from some of the other "stuffy" high end retailers.
