  I’ve been a loyal Tommy customer for many years, and the “Slim Fit” shirts are the only ones that fit me with elegance. Lately I do not see them at the store or are hard to find, and the “Regular Fit” just doesn’t work for me. I really hope “Slim Fit” can be brought back. I hope the management can read this and do something about. Thank you for your consideration.

  I came here yesterday with my partner, and we both felt extremely uncomfortable in this establishment. When we first walked in, we had about three different people ask us if we need help with anything all back to back, there wasn’t a problem with that, but as we were shopping around, all of the employees were just staring at us and following us around. If we made a right and started, walking, stated the same exact thing. Even when we were checking out, we had employees staring at us the entire time we couldn’t even shop in peace. The cashier also proceeded to scan our $20 bill bills which I thought was a bit weird because I know that it is more common for $50 or $100 bills to be scanned. I regret even making a purchase here because the customer service and the comfort of just being in the store was at an all-time low. Definitely my first and Last time shopping at this location

  This store is fantastic Everything is incredibly organized and perfectly ready for a great shopping experience. The staff here are so warm and welcoming; it truly makes a difference. I want to give a special thanks to Amir, who helped me yesterday with so much patience and kindness. His assistance was topnotch and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend visiting this location to everyone!

  Their staffs are sooo rude and arrogant at the Fairview mall location. I don’t know how they got hired with that horrible attitude. Specially that short chubby girl wearing thick black glasses who cashed me out. Really poor customer service not even a hi when I came to her, but said a big hi to her coworker who just passed by me at the same time. Girl, learn better, know better and service better. A smile or a greeting which is least expected from Tommy, would go a long way. May be you came with a fake smile during your interview, try that with your customers too. Just fyi, many people I know said the same thing about this location. All 3 employees I interacted with, had the most unpleasant face they could have put on. If you read the other reviews of this location the biggest complaint is about staff behaviour. Do better, Tommy!
