  Terrible customer service at this location. My husband and I were searching for the Meta sunglasses. We looked around to see if anyone was available but it didnt seem like it since it looked like the sales associates were chatting to customers. Until we realized that we were the only customers in store and everyone else were sales associate. We stood there by the sunglasses for 5min staring at the associates until someone helped us. Unbelievable! We just left and went to a different location.

  I had a disappointing experience at the Sunglass Hut Fairview location. While I was being assisted by a sales associate, another customer walked in and she abruptly left me mid-service to help them instead. There was no explanation, no apology, and no effort to ensure I was taken care of before moving on. I understand that retail environments can get busy, but basic customer service and communication should always come first. This experience felt unprofessional and inconsiderate. I hope the management addresses this issue so future customers are treated with more respect and attention

  Very good experience at Sunglass Hut. The girl who helped me, Armita, was extremely kind and helpful. She took the time to help me find the right sunglasses and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Great customer service!

  I had a great experience at Sunglass Hut today! Ashkan took his time and made sure I found my favorite and most suitable pair of glasses. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I strongly recommend Sunglass Hut for their excellent customer service!
